Administrator - Full-Time, Temporary - 11.59 per hour
Location: Bury St Edmunds Court
Our public sector client is currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis at Bury St Edmunds Court. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, providing support to the team while contributing to the efficiency of the operations.
Role Details:
- Pay rate: 11.59 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
- Location: Fully office-based, easily accessible by public transport, and close to local amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support
- Handling queries regarding Hearings
- Providing updates on Court activity by checking the system
- Opening and sorting post
- Data entry and processing Court Orders
- Answering telephone queries and taking payments
- Carrying case files across different floors
- Assisting with petitions and case-related paperwork
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in data entry, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance procedures are met
- Proven ability to perform in a targeted, results-driven environment
- Comfortable handling sensitive case information and following strict procedures
