Position as a Planning Manager:
My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Planning Manager to join the team. You will play a key role in managing planning projects, providing expert advice to clients, and ensuring successful delivery. Requirements as a Planning Manager:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI/RICS accredited preferred)
- Proven experience in development management and planning policy within a consultancy, developer, or local authority.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
