Talentometry are working with a Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (MEICA) contractor to recruit a MEICA Project Manager.
Are you a site manager with commercial experience (NEC3 / JCT) who wants to reduce the amount of site work you're doing?
We're looking for a PM who has commercial experience (model form contracts and tendering) to work in a PM / Contracts role. This will suit a PM or a SM who is looking to maintain some site work but move more into an office based role.
The successful candidate will sometimes be site based playing a key role in managing relationships with the client, sub-contractors, and the office team in order to deliver projects on time and to budget.
A large part of the role will involve tendering on a framework and managing commercial elements working to NEC contracts.
The role will in the initial stages pick up some site management activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- experience in MEICA project/site management
- NEC contract knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence
