Description
- Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Resolve resident issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and local community groups.
- Ensure resident satisfaction through regular feedback and continuous improvements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.

A successful Scheme Manager should have:
