Description
- Manage tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Resolve resident issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents and local community groups.
- Ensure resident satisfaction through regular feedback and continuous improvements.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage budgets for property maintenance and improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services.
Profile
A successful Scheme Manager should have:
- Experience in managing housing schemes or similar properties.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach to managing resident issues and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Knowledge of relevant housing regulations and legislation.
- A strong commitment to working within the Not For Profit sector.
