A rare and exciting opportunity for a distinguished Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor whose expertise span the education, leisure, hotel and student accommodation sectors.
This is an opportunity to work within a contractor with an outstanding reputation and who are fortunate to enjoy ongoing, fruitful relationships with several prestigious clients.

About you

  • Educated to HND or Degree level in quantity surveying or a construction-related subject
  • Demonstrable commercial experience.
  • Experience in administering industry standard forms of contract
  • Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast cost & sales.
  • Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • IT Literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to demonstrate successful relationship building between company, clients, and subcontractors in the construction industry.
  • Sound understanding of the implications of Health and Safety regulations
