We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds for three days a week. This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension, depending on project requirements and performance. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with NEC 3 contracts. Additionally, having knowledge of CDM regulations and experience in the power industry or with DNOs is highly advantageous. The role will involve managing all aspects of commercial and cost management, ensuring robust cost control, and working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and on time.
