CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT (LAW FIRM)

Office based or hybrid (3 days in office)

Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours (flexitime between 8am and 6pm possible)

Our client is a growing law firm. They have a very collaborative team and need more help due to growth! Working alongside a successful and supportive lawyer, you will act as their go-to person to provide a range of support functions as you would expect from this role including admin/ secretarial assistance and some paralegal support.

  • Liaise with client, lenders and brokers, estate agents, and other third-parties.
  • Help enquirers by phone and in person, recommending appropriate services and arranging consultations / appointments / call-back, following up open enquiries as appropriate, recording and reporting.
  • Enter back-up record of key dates in the firms central diary, monitor diary notes and inform of forthcoming events and deadlines as appropriate.
  • Client File Management including opening new files, conducting conflict checks, maintaining files in good order, completing and filing all required documentation and closing files on conclusion.
