As an Estate Agent, you will be offered:
- Basic salary circa £25,000
- First year earnings of £30,000+

As an Estate Agent your role will involve:
- Registering Buyers/Vendors
- Arranging Viewings/Valuations appointments
- Conduct Viewings
- Sales Progression
- Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
- General administration duties
- Regular client contact
- Maximising business opportunities
- Canvas for new instructions and generating new business
- Chase leads
- Negotiate offers
To be considered for the Estate Agent role you must have:
- Recent experience within Estate Agency
- Local knowledgeÂ
- Dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
- Sales Negotiation experience within Property (essential)
- Listing experience would be ideal however not essential
- Career-driven and enthusiastic
- Willing to learn and get stuck in
- Full UK Driving license (essential)
- Must be highly self-motivated
- An all-rounder
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong telephone manners and excellent organisational skills
