Crash Repair Bodyshop Receptionist - Dartford
  • Position: Bodyshop Receptionist
  • Location: Dartford
  • Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm + lunch break 
Our client, a well-established family-run crash repair group, is seeking an enthusiastic Bodyshop Receptionist to join their new team in Dartford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong customer service or telesales experience who is looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, automotive industry customer-focused environment.Key Responsibilities as a Bodyshop Receptionist:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Identifying and capturing non-fault accident claims to help reduce courtesy car expenses
  • Liaising with insurance companies and customers to streamline the repair process
  • Accurately logging and managing customer information using Autoflow - DMS XP (experience preferred, but training can be provided)
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey
Ideal Candidate for this Bodyshop Receptionist role:
  • Experience in a Bodyshop or Insurance role is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, whether from a telesales background, as a rental advisor (Enterprise experience is a plus), or in a customer service role
  • Ability to build rapport and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Results-driven with a focus on identifying non-fault claims to help save costs for the company
  • Ambitious and keen to grow within the business, with potential to progress into sales or commission-based roles
