- Position: Bodyshop Receptionist
- Location: Dartford
- Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm + lunch break
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
- Identifying and capturing non-fault accident claims to help reduce courtesy car expenses
- Liaising with insurance companies and customers to streamline the repair process
- Accurately logging and managing customer information using Autoflow - DMS XP (experience preferred, but training can be provided)
- Ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the repair journey
- Experience in a Bodyshop or Insurance role is beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, whether from a telesales background, as a rental advisor (Enterprise experience is a plus), or in a customer service role
- Ability to build rapport and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Results-driven with a focus on identifying non-fault claims to help save costs for the company
- Ambitious and keen to grow within the business, with potential to progress into sales or commission-based roles
