Remuneration: £35,000 - £40,000 + £5,000 - £8,000 uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager Plastic Building Products will involve:
Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plastic building products such as: fascia & soffit, rainwater cladding, guttering and panel products
60% of your time will be managing / selling to distributors & merchants such as: Rembrand Timber, Jewson, A1, Specialist PVC Distributors etc
The remaining 40% will be spent stimulating demand and selling to housebuilders, developers and contractors (all back sold through the distribution channel)
Turnover responsibility circa £5-6million
90% account management
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Plastic Building Products with:
Ideally working for a distributor / merchants looking for your first field sales role
Would consider someone working for or selling to merchants / distributors
Would consider a contractor led sales person
Open in terms of what building materials / products youve sold
Team player, self-motivated and outgoing
