We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity with one of our valued clients, a highly regarded organization based in Bury St Edmunds. As the business continues to grow and evolve, they are seeking a dedicated individual to join their busy accounts department. This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time options available.

You will join a collaborative team of four and report directly to the Accounts Manager, working in a vibrant and engaging environment. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing transactions for Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Managing expenses and bank reconciliations
  • Overseeing the purchase ledger and credit card payments
  • Handling invoices and ensuring compliance
  • Credit control
  • Assisting with report preparation
  • General administrative duties

This role is ideal for an energetic, sociable, and detail-oriented finance professional. Accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential, given the dynamic nature of the role. While prior experience in a similar position is desirable, comprehensive training on in-house processes will be provided.
