We are seeking a Sales Ledger/Credit Control Assistant to join our team. This role involves processing bank receipts, payment allocation, and supporting the Credit Control Manager with various duties. Ideal candidates will have experience in high volume and high invoice value environments, customer service, and credit control or sales ledger roles.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process bank receipts and allocate payments accurately.
  • Assist the Credit Control Manager with various tasks as needed.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a credit control or sales ledger role, preferably in a high volume and invoice value environment.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent.
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised, capable of managing varied workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive in initiating change to drive business process improvements.
  • Experience using D365 finance systems is highly advantageous.
