About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school day by providing cover for teachers across a variety of subjects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising students in the absence of their regular teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and activities, ensuring continuity of learning for all students.
  • Adapting your approach to cater to diverse learning needs and engage students with different learning styles.
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive interactions amongst students.
