What is expected of you as a Maths Teacher:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons as a Maths Teacher
  • Assess, track and monitor studnet progress to ensure high achievement
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support the whole-school ethos, contributing to curriculum development
  • Work collaboratively within the Maths department and participate in staff training and development
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, effort and progress

Maths Teacher Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A strong knowlege and passion for Maths
  • Experience teaching Maths at secondary Level (KS3 & KS4)
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
