Key Responsibilities:

- Provide cover for absent teachers, ensuring continuity in studentsā education.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and teaching requirements.
- Support studentsā academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working in UK schools.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
