Field Service Engineer | Covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex & Cambridge | Working Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm | Up to £35,000 with overtime paid at double time for call-outs

Call out rota

Weekday Evening: 1 weekday evening (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM next day)
Weekend Days: 3 weekend days per month (1 Friday, 1 Saturday, 1 Sunday), with 1 weekend off per month

Are you the right person for the job?

At least 3 years experience
Experience working with small tools is essential
Qualifications within security and fire would be desirable
Full driving licence required a small number of points will be accepted
DBS check carried out prior to the employment offer

What will your role look like?

Carry out fault finding and some new installation on customers' equipment, including:

Senior call systems
Nurse call
CCTV Fire alarms
Auto doors
Smoke Vent
Intruder alarms
Door entry and Access control

Previous experience with the above systems is beneficial

Hand tools are supplied, with the option to use your own (replaced by the company if preferred)
Mobile phone is supplied, with the option to use your own (monthly contract paid by the company)
Tablet will be provided for work use
Vehicles can be kept at your address in a safe place, with power tools removed at night. A maintenance checklist of vehicles must be sent to the office every 4 weeks
Up to 200 personal miles per month are allowed
You will receive support and training as needed to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques
