- Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
- Conduct property valuations and manage the listing and selling process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses and the community
- Identify business opportunities and take proactive steps to capitalise on them
- Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and act on Business Opportunities
- Well-spoken, well presented and organised
- Target driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- £60,000 OTE
