The successful candidate will be pivotal in leading the team to achieve outstanding results and provide excellent customer service- always ensuring the customer’s needs are paramount. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the local property market and previous experience in property valuations to drive business growth and build/maintain excellent relationships with clients, local business and the community. Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
  • Conduct property valuations and manage the listing and selling process
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses and the community
  • Identify business opportunities and take proactive steps to capitalise on them
 Key skills:
  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and act on Business Opportunities
  • Well-spoken, well presented and organised
  • Target driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
