We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident female support worker, to work for one of our live in complex care clients. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of two years experience, supporting service user who have a tracheostomy and peg. This role will require you to be proactive with providing physical and emotional support to the service user. You will be working alongside a care team to ensure that the service user is able to live an active and independent lifestyle.



Minimum Job Requirements

1. Minimum of two years experience supporting service users who have a tracheostomy and peg.

2. Full enhanced child and adult DBS.

3. Strong attitude working within care.
