About the Role:

We are flexible on the specific role, as we are looking for the right individual who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our partnered school. You'll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for the students. This will involve:

* Planning and delivering inspiring art lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

* Encouraging creativity, self-expression, and a love of art in students.

* Providing tailored support to students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis, both inside and outside the classroom.

* Assisting teachers in delivering lessons, managing behaviour, and assessing student progress.

* Planning and delivering differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, adapting your teaching approach to meet individual needs.

* Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualised learning plans.

About You:

  • QTS Qualified or Teaching Assistant Qualification
  • You have a passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a belief in their ability to succeed.
  • You are patient, understanding, and empathetic, with a warm and nurturing approach.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
