As a valued member of the teaching team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a diverse range of learning abilities.
  • Implementing creative teaching strategies and utilising a variety of resources to create a multi-sensory and engaging learning experience.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents/guardians, to provide holistic support for each student.
  • Assessing student progress and development, creating personalised learning plans, and celebrating achievements.
