Main Duties:Respond to inbound customer inquiries, proactively develop new leads, maintain the CRM system, collaborate with sales teams, and present the company’s products and capabilities across various communication platforms.

The Role:- Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service and maximizing sales opportunities.- Research and develop leads within the European market, identifying decision-makers and building relationships.- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, from lead generation to closing.- Work with the internal sales team to follow up on and convert qualified leads into sales.- Present and demonstrate products via phone, email, webinars, and in-person meetings.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion.- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to support customer needs and identify new sales opportunities.

The Candidate:- Degree in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical experience.- Strong sales experience, ideally in a technical field.- German language skills are a plus.- Highly motivated with excellent communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, lead-generation-focused environment.- Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay focused.

The Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 per annum
