Spider is advertising on behalf of a reputable company specialising in the repair, servicing, and MOTs of commercial trailers and vehicles. Covering the majority of East Anglia and pride themselves on the quality and reliability of their services. Their team is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and customer satisfaction. They are currently looking for an HGV Trailer Technician to join their well-established team based in Stowmarket, Suffolk.

As anHGV Trailer Technician your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on HGV trailers
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks
- Completing repair orders and maintaining accurate records of work performed
- Ensuring compliance with DVSA legislation
Working hours are Monday to Friday, start time of 07:30am basic 40 hours per week with additional overtime available.
About you:
You will have previous experience as an HGV Trailer Technician or in a similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of HGV trailers and their components. You should be proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, capable of lifting heavy objects, and performing physically demanding tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills are essential. A valid Driving Licence and the ability to reliably commute to the Stowmarket area is required.
