We are a small, family-run business seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our friendly team.
The role involves servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicles, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours for the right candidate.
The salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, and the position requires a minimum of 2 years of previous experience.

Candidates must have a Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and experience in diagnostic work is essential.

Vehicle Technician

We are a small friendly family run business looking for a helpful, flexible and efficient person to join our team.

You will be required to carry out vehicle servicing and maintenance on a wide variety of makes and models of vehicles. Working 40hrs per week (Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm with 1hour unpaid lunch break) Could be flexible on hours for he right candidate.

Responsibilities include;

Carrying out routine servicing and repairs
Inspecting vehicles to a very high standard
Testing vehicle faults
Repairing and replacing vehicle parts
Carrying out routine vehicle maintenance
Keeping workspace and workshop clean and tidy
Adhering to Health and Safety in the workshop
Carrying out MOT’s (Preferable but not essential)

Requirements for this role;

Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (City & Guilds, NVQ) or equivalent (minimum requirement)
Minimum of 2 years previous experience
Experience of diagnostic work is really important
FGas trained
Valid driving licence
Good team player
Ability to work alone / use own initiative
