We are working with a fantastic company based in Mildenhall who are looking for Store Operatives to join their busy business. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Typical duties would include:
- Picking parts from a pick list ensuring parts are picked and ready for the day's welding build schedule, alerting shortages to your supervisor.
- Receiving goods into the business
- Unloading and loading of goods, including the use of a forklift truck.
- Ensure materials are handled, stored and in line with requirements.
- Ensure the Stores Area is a tidy and safe work environment.
- Booking in parts on the MRP system
- Participate in stock counts.
The successful candidate:
- Previously worked in a Stores environment
- Goods-In receipt practices
- Previous experience working to pick lists.
- Forklift truck licence (not essential as on-site training can be given)
- Physically fit to meet the demands of a Stores role and handling of heavy items
