We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their dynamic team in Woolpit, Mid Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a stable career in a thriving logistics and transportation environment!

Your Role as a Warehouse Operative:

In this role, you will be a key part of ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and completing orders for delivery or collection based on production and pick sheets.

  • Checking orders for accuracy before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Unloading, receiving, and processing stock, including labelling.

  • Conducting regular stock takes and maintaining high standards for audits.

  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and optimised for efficiency.

  • Reporting stock discrepancies and collaborating with supervisors and colleagues.

  • Operating and maintaining warehouse machinery, including conducting daily checks.

  • Adhering to company quality standards and health & safety procedures.

  • Driving and operating company machinery, including van driving when required.
