We are currently recruiting for a Late Shift MIG Welder to work for our client based in Mildenhall. The role is a full-time position and working on a temporary to permanent basis.

The working hours are Monday to Friday: 4pm 2am with occasional overtime availability.

Hourly rate is dependent on experience (Skill matrix based on weld test) £15.50 - £16.50

Typical Duties would include:

  • Welding Assembly - MIG welding
  • Jig-based Production welding
  • Ensuring all products are complete to a high quality.
  • Assisting the team to ensure production targets are met and on schedule.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements of the company are always met.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Eager to develop current and new skills.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in MIG Welding
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of health and safety.
