Sonic Summary

We are seeking a late shift MIG Welder for a full-time role in Mildenhall, working from 4pm to 2am, Monday to Friday.
The position is temporary to permanent, with an hourly rate ranging from £15.50 to £16.50 based on experience.
Candidates must have knowledge and experience in MIG welding, along with good communication skills and attention to detail.
Typical duties include jig-based production welding, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting production targets while adhering to health and safety standards.

We are currently recruiting for a late shift MIG Welder to work for our client based in Mildenhall. The role is a full-time position and working on a temporary to permanent basis.

The working hours are Monday to Friday: 4pm 2am with occasional overtime availability.

Hourly rate is dependent on experience (Skill matrix based on weld test) £15.50 - £16.50

Typical Duties would include:

Welding Assembly - MIG welding
Jig-based Production welding
Ensuring all products are complete to a high quality.
Assisting the team to ensure production targets are met and on schedule.
Ensure health and safety requirements of the company are always met.

The Successful Candidate:

Eager to develop current and new skills.
Must have knowledge and experience in MIG Welding
Good communication and attention to detail
Good understanding of health and safety.
