A well-established engineering company in Suffolk is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join their growing team. This versatile role involves material preparation, fabrication, welding, and assembly work within the factory, with occasional opportunities to visit customer sites for installations, offering variety in your day-to-day tasks.
MIG Welder Duties:
- MIG welding of projects for various industries
- Fabrication of stainless and mild steel components
- Working from technical drawings
- Quality checking welds to ensure a clean finish
- Helping out in other parts of the workshop when required
- Manual handling & heavy lifting will be involved
- Having a FLT licence would be beneficial
- Have a flexible approach to work including overtime when required
Hours & Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
- Negotiable salary
