We are currently recruiting for a Welder to work for our fantastic client based in Mildenhall. The role is a full-time position and working on a temporary to permanent basis.

The working hours are Monday to Friday: 6am, 7am or 8am to 4pm with occasional overtime availability. This position will start on the 2nd January 2025.

Hourly rate is dependent on experience (Skill matrix based on weld test)

Typical Duties would include:

  • Welding Assembly - MIG welding
  • Jig-based Production welding
  • Ensuring all products are complete to a high quality.
  • Assisting the team to ensure production targets are met and on schedule.
  • Ensure health and safety requirements of the company are always met.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Eager to develop current and new skills.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in MIG Welding
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of health and safety.
