We are now looking to add a customer focussed profession to the Service Team who can not only delivery first class customer account management but who can also provide support to the Engineers ensuring jobs are completed in a timely and effective manner.

If you are a motivated Account Manager / Customer Service Specialist have confident administration / IT skills and you are ready to join a business to will be totally committed to you and your development, you can expect a salary of up to £26,000 plus a 10% performance bonus. What will I be doing?

Working within the Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the field-based service engineers have everything they need to do their jobs; you will be involved in:

  • Working closely with customers
  • Managing the quotation process
  • Keeping internal systems full up to date
  • Dealing with and resolving queries
  • Working collaboratively across departments

What Skills do I need?

You will already be working as a service / account manager related, preferably within an engineering related business; along with an outgoing personality, you will also need:

  • A strong administration background with an excellent eye for detail
  • To be able to manage multiple, ever-changing deadlines
  • The ability to take ownership from start to finish
  • Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
  • Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
