Our client, an independent B2B energy supplier, is looking for an Account Executive to join their team.  You will be the primary point of contact for Key Accounts managing all account queries whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B account queries, ensuring excellent customer serviceÂ
- Serve as the primary contact for Key Accounts, handling inquiries and resolving issuesÂ
- Oversee the full journey for key customers, including managing COT and SARS queries, billing, debt management, and metering upgrades.
- Collaborate with other teams to assist with billing queries and support the AMR roll-out.
- Occasionally assist with debt management calls (no outbound telesales).
- Attend off-site client meetings when required
Skills and Experience Required:
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong account management and customer service skills.
- Ambitious and driven, with a desire for career progression
- Excellent attention to detail & problem-solving skills
- Energy Industry Experience – Desirable
- Previous experience in credit control is preferred but not essential.
