Sonic Summary

The job involves setting up a Permit to Work system and collaborating with Asbestos and Fire leads to create process maps with Repairs and Capital Works Teams.
The successful candidate will design a plan to bring CDM in-house while working closely with the Capital Works Team.
Additionally, the role includes establishing a third-party audit regime for the EICR program and transitioning the Gas audit contract to the H&S team.
The candidate will also address previous H&S audit recommendations in partnership with Repairs Managers, which may involve delivering Toolbox Talks.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for this position, with a salary of £45,000 per year.

Key Duties/Tasks will include:

Setting up Permit to Work system for our communal areas, working with our Asbestos and Fire leads to ensure process maps are designed in collaboration with Repairs and Capital Works Teams

Design and Produce a plan to bring CDM in-house in collaboration with the Capital Works Team

Setup a 3rd party audit regime for our EICR programme, as well as moving the 3rd party audit contract for Gas from our Gas Team to the H&S team

Working through previous H&S audit recommendation and working with Repairs Managers to ensure they are implemented, which may include delivery of Toolbox Talks
