Key Responsibilities:Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding our product range.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, answering customer questions and addressing concerns.
Sales Conversion:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and guide them through the sales process.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Convert leads into sales by building trust and delivering excellent service.
Order Processing:
- Accurately record customer information and order details in the CRM system.
- Ensure that all order details are correct, including contact name, billing information, and shipping details.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of orders and resolve any order-related issues.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the buying journey.
- Follow up with customers after sales, addressing any post-sale questions or concerns.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Street Solutions UK products and services.
Problem-Solving:
- Identify potential issues with customer orders, delivery, or product
- specifications, and provide quick, effective resolutions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Collaborate with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the wider sales team to share insights, improve processes, and achieve sales targets.
- Support outbound sales activities when needed.
Skills:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills - excel preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to sell products or services by understanding customer needs and presenting
