Residential Property Case Handler / Fee Earner | Bury | Full Time |£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing your own caseload
  • Recent practical experience working in the legal profession
  • Be organised and process driven
  • Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice
  • Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone
  • Be IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
  • Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care

What will your role look like?

  • Managing a mixed caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion, including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and right to buy
  • To process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work
