My client is one of the UK's leading energy suppliers, winning awards annually. Due to the growth of the business there is a requirement for an Account Manager.
Reporting to the Team Leader to duties of this role will include:
- Production of sales quotations and paperwork
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to our TPI’s
- Achieve a personal new business and retention target set on a monthly basis
- Support the launch of new products or services through effective internal and external communication
- Develop strong relationships and act as primary liaison with TPIs and customers where required
- Upsell products and services
- Support back-office in providing aftersales support and customer care
- Various standard and ad-hoc reporting
- Attend off-site client meetings when required
The right candidate will be:
- Self-motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good arithmetic skills
- Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good at working as part of a team and individually
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
