Description
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales
- Enhance online customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse online sales and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
- Update website content via the CMS
- Engage in SEO implementation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve e-commerce operations
- Produce regular reports analysing e-commerce KPIs
- Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies and propose new ideas for growth
Profile
A successful E-commerce Executive should have:
- A degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record engaging in social media marketing, email marketing, SEO and SEM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and e-commerce trends
