Our client is a leading distributor of fuels, lubricants and environmental services across the UK. They have a digital team of 11 and are on the lookout for 2 new PPC Specialists. You'll be a key player in shaping and executing digital strategies across a broad range of accounts and sectors.

This role is an exciting offering with the chance to manage multiple PPC accounts, providing an agency feel, whilst being in-house.

Responsibilities of the PPC Specialist:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Identify and analyse high-performing keywords to optimise campaigns and align with business objectives.
  • Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
  • Allocate and manage budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continually improve campaign outcomes.
  • Regularly assess competitor PPC strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the senior PPC team, highlighting key trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure PPC efforts align with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Keep up with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What you'll need to be successful in the role:

  • 1-2 years of PPC experience either agency or in-house.
  • Experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics.

Desirable

  • Understanding of Excel and/or Google Sheets and Tag Manager.
  • Understanding of tools, such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or Lucky Orange.
  • Experience with Lead Gen & E-Commerce accounts.
