We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer for a housing site in Bury. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate setting out and leveling of the site, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform setting out and leveling for the housing site.
- Interpret and work from construction drawings and plans.
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Coordinate with site managers, contractors, and other team members.
- Conduct regular site surveys and provide accurate reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer, with additional experience in site management, preferably in housing projects.
