Job Title: Fire Safety Officer
Location: Bury
Contract Details: Temporary (4 months)
Salary: £19 p/h
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fire safety management audits across all our client's buildings
- Oversee the implementation of fire safety measures
- Update existing Fire Risk Assessments and develop new ones
- Provide comprehensive training to Designated Responsible Persons
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practise
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards
- Experience in conducting Fire Risk Assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Qualifications in Fire Safety or related field
- Experience in delivering fire safety training
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and systems
Technologies:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems and emergency equipment

Note: This role requires flexibility to work outside of normal working hours, including evenings and possible travel within and outside the borough. Expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with our client's conditions of service.
