The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a dedicatedServiceand MaintenanceAdministratorto join our client's team based in Bury. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the Electronic Fire and Security sector, though we are also open to those with backgrounds in Facilities Management (FM), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, or Lift companies. (or similar)!

Key Responsibilities of a Service and Maintenance Administrator:
  • Planned Maintenance Coordination: Book and schedule planned maintenance jobs.
  • Engineer Coordination: Manage and coordinate engineers to ensure timely job completion.
  • Service Desk Management: Handle service desk enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • System Management: Utilise the Cache system for job management (experience with this system is advantageous).
Whats on Offer:
  • Salary: £22,000 to £25,000, depending on experience.
  • Working Hours: 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Training: Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

  • Experience: You should have a strong background in administration, ideally with experience supporting engineers in a similar environment.
  • Location: Ideally located within a 30-minute commute from Bury.
  • Team Player: You work well in a team and thrive in a busy, dynamic environment.
  • Pressure Handling: Capable of managing a high volume of work while maintaining a positive attitude.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Ability to write clearly and accurately in a business format
