Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 – 3:30)
Value Education are currently working with an excellent Primary school in Bury to recruit for a Teaching Assistant to work in EYFS.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- Assisting the class teacher in planning and presenting lessons
- Preparing teaching materials
- Tutoring students 1 to 1 and in small groups
- Creating a fun learning environment
A successful Teaching Assistant will be:
- A great team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Passionate about supporting children with their academic achievements
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with pupils and parents/guardians
- Give regular feedback to the class teacher about pupil’s development
