Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
- Create and organise teaching materials and resources to enhance learning for all students.
- Facilitate group activities and projects, promoting teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
- Provide support to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities on a one-on-one and group basis, catering to individual learning needs.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
- Dedicated to supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds in their academic growth and development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
- Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress and development.
