Value Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join the team at a fantastic Primary School in Bury. This role is crucial in supporting students of all backgrounds and abilities to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
  • Create and organise teaching materials and resources to enhance learning for all students.
  • Facilitate group activities and projects, promoting teamwork, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Provide support to students of diverse backgrounds and abilities on a one-on-one and group basis, catering to individual learning needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Dedicated to supporting children of all abilities and backgrounds in their academic growth and development.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Provide regular feedback to the class teacher on student progress and development.
