A leading energy consultancy, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Energy Consultant to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Analyse building systems (HVAC, lighting, insulation) and recommend upgrades.
- Develop detailed energy models and simulations to evaluate potential savings.
- Collaborate with clients to create customised energy efficiency plans.
- Stay updated on industry standards, codes, and energy efficiency regulations.
- Provide technical expertise on renewable energy integration and sustainability.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of energy-saving measures.
- Participate in project management, including budgeting and scheduling.
Key Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) Level 3 & 4 (L5 is desirable).
- Proficiency in energy modelling software (e.g., Design Builder, IES).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in energy consulting or building services.
- Strong understanding of building services and sustainability frameworks (SECR, ESOS, NABERS, EPC, etc.).
- Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and energy-efficient design.
