The Commercial Account Handler responsibilities:
- Claims Management: Guiding clients through the claims process with efficiency and empathy.
- Mid-Term Adjustments & Renewals: Processing MTAs and renewals accurately, ensuring clients are well informed and ultimately satisfied.
- Client Queries: Being the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional levels of customer service and building strong relationships.
- New Business Development: Leverage your skills and knowledge to identify and pursue opportunities for new business, contributing to the firm's growth.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Proven background as an Account Handler in the Commercial insurance sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and collaborative, with a genuine passion for helping clients.
- Experience of using the Acturis platform is required.
