Audit and Accounts Manager

Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our client, a reputable firm of Chartered Accountants in Bury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead audit and accounts assignments from planning to completion

• Oversee a portfolio of clients across various sectors

• Review and finalise financial statements and reports

• Mentor and develop junior staff, providing training and support

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• A minimum of 5 years experience working within a UK Practice environment

• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload
