As a Business Services Manager, you will oversee the preparation of accounts, tax returns, and advisory services for a wide range of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations. You’ll also have the chance to mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
  • Review and finalise accounts, tax returns, and other financial statements.

  • Ensure deadlines are met and processes are optimised.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
