My client is an Independent Financial Planning firm based in Bury, Gt Manchester. As a Senior IFA Administrator, you would have good knowledge of processing investments and pension transfers as well as checking fact finds, preparing & processing authority letters, preparing review packs, creating new client packs and more.

Salary: - Competitive for your experience - £27 - 35k per annum, dependent upon your skills and experience. Negotiable.

The role of a Senior IFA Administrator will include:-

  • Processing of pension, investment and protection business.
  • Preparation of valuations and compliance paperwork required for client reviews.
  • Preparation of Annual Review packs and non-advice related follow up with clients.
  • Dealing with client queries.
  • Supporting with fund switches (observed by a Director).
  • Updating of client database with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Working as part of a team and assisting other team members where necessary.
  • Preparation of documentation.
  • Production of illustrations and cost comparisons.

You will support financial planners by assisting in the preparation of client reports, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Financial Planning Administration or IFA Client Services experience is required: -

  • Previous experience in within the financial services sector is essential.
  • Proficiency in report writing with a strong attention to detail is desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial planning concepts and the ability to analyse data effectively will be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to liaise with clients and team members efficiently.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes is necessary; experience with Outlook for scheduling is also important.
  • A commitment to providing excellent customer service while working collaboratively within a team setting is crucial for success in this role.
