What You'll Do:
- Accurately prepare cost estimates for a variety of walling and fire-stopping projects.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Stay ahead of market trends and pricing to deliver competitive proposals.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within fire stopping
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with great communication and negotiation skills.
