About the Role:We are seeking a HR System Administrator to support the implementation and ongoing management of our HR management system. This position will play a key role in ensuring the successful roll-out of the system, which aims to streamline people management processes such as 1-2-1 meetings and workforce planning.

You will be working alongside a team of 50 professionals, supporting the Project Director and team leaders as they move through the user testing stage. This role demands a high level of organisation, strong administrative skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:• Take detailed meeting notes during key project discussions. • Log programme actions and track progress. • Manage and maintain the programme calendar. • Submit weekly team absence reports. • Assist with general programme administration responsibilities. • Prepare weekly reports and programme summaries to support project tracking.
